1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tspn baking powder
1 tspn baking soda
¾ tspn kosher salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Using a mixer, cream together the butter and sugars.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly mix the flour mixture into the butter and sugar mixture. Next, mix in the chocolate chips. Cover the cookie dough mixture and refrigerate for one to two hours.
